Applicable rate conditions
  • The above room rate applies to 01 room/01 night, inclusive of 5% service charge and 8% VAT.
  • The Resort reserves the right to adjust contract rates based on tax changes mandated by the government.
  • Adult surcharge: 150,000 VND/person/night (3 guests, with extra bed).
  • The above rates are not subject to discount.
Guest services

  • Complimentary 02 bottles of mineral water, Tea & Coffee in the room daily.
Children policy
  • Maximum 01 child under 12 years old stays free of charge when sharing the bed with parents.
  • Children from 12 years old and above: Applied as adults, extra bed surcharge of 150,000 VND/person/night.
Check-in & Check-out time
  • The Resort's official check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
  • Subject to room availability, deviations from standard check-in/out times may be accommodated. Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be submitted in advance in writing to the Sales or Reception Department and are subject to the Resort's reconfirmation of occupancy and/or room status.
  • Early check-in from 01:00 to 06:00: 20% surcharge.
  • Late check-out from 12:00 to 17:00: Surcharge of 20% of the 1-night rate.
  • Late check-out after 17:00: Surcharge of 100% of the 1-night rate.
